REFUND POLICY

Stevens Dog Training will happily refund you as long as your appointment is cancelled 7 days BEFORE your training is scheduled. Once the first training session been completed refunds will not be giving. Additional fees for payment processing via credit card will not be refunded even if you cancel your training within the allotted time frame. There will be a fee for any cancelled dog training.

 

Stevens Dog Training reserves the right to refuse dog training if the dog is considered a danger to our trainers. Refunds will not be given if this is the case, so please be sure to disclose that information before setting an appointment.
